KYORITSU acquires all shares of Yonago Create, a plastic recycling company, to expand nationwide distribution of recycled plastic products. Yonago Create develops and manufactures recycled plastic products using collected polypropylene and agricultural materials. The acquisition price was not disclosed.

– KYORITSU has acquired all shares of Sanin Create, a company that develops and manufactures recycled plastic products, on April 1st.
– Sanin Create collects polypropylene (PP) for recycled products and agricultural materials for recycling, and KYORITSU plans to use this system to expand the distribution of recycled plastic products nationwide.
– The acquisition price has not been disclosed.
– Sanin Create also develops new synthetic resins using waste plastic and manufactures high-calorie solid fuel “RPF,” as well as operating an industrial waste disposal site.
– Sanin Create was established in 1983 and has a 40-year history.
