Real estate management company and factory has decided to transfer its communication app “totono,” which connects rental property management companies and tenants, to Smasapo, a platform business for the real estate industry based in Tokyo. The totono business was launched in 2020, but due to the drastic changes in the business environment caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the company decided to abandon its own business continuity and entrust it to another company. The transfer price was not disclosed, and the transfer is scheduled to take place on August 31, 2021. On October 29, it was announced that the transfer had been completed.
